Can you work around trading hours?
Yes. For refurbishments of operating shops and offices we schedule noisy or disruptive stages outside trading hours and stage the work so you can keep operating where possible.
Do you work with our shopfitter or builder?
That is how most of our fitouts run. We coordinate directly with the shopfitter or site supervisor on rough-in timing, ceiling close-up and fit-off, and we turn up when the program says we are needed.
What do we receive at handover?
A tested, certified installation with a certificate of testing and safety, plus documentation of circuits at the switchboard so future work on the tenancy is straightforward.
Can you handle a de-fit or make-good?
Yes. We disconnect and strip electrical services safely at the end of a lease and return the tenancy to base-building condition as required by your agreement.
